Perfect for beginners and seasoned dancers alike, this class focuses on rhythm, coordination, and having an absolute blast. By the end of the term, you’ll have mastered some toe-tapping choreography that will make you the star of any country night. So grab your boots (or sneakers) and get ready to dance like you mean it!

Sexy Sneakers

Sexy Sneakers is a cool, sassy alternative to our Heels genre, inspired by sensual movement and both hip hop and commercial dance styles. Performed in sneakers with a focus on full body movement and blank, this class is perfect for all women and femmes over the age of 18 wanting to tap into their inner urban diva.

This class is open to all dance experience and ability levels. Sneakers are preferred, but you can also go barefoot in this class.
Burlesque Bliss

This class is all about confidence, playfulness, and bold self-expression. Since opening FDC in 2022, owner and instructor Tiff Gladwin has brought her high energy to a range of classes. Passionate and enthusiastic, you’ll feel right at home in the inclusive space Tiff creates, and always leave feeling confident and empowered.
No dance experience needed – just bring your vibe and let’s create some magic! Heels? Totally optional – wear them if you want to elevate the experience or keep it grounded in sneakers or bare feet.
Burlesque Lab

Your backstage pass to the art of tease! Burlesque Lab is a fortnightly deep dive into burlesque technique, history, costuming, and character. You'll explore different styles and skills with a fresh mini-routine each session. Perfect for polishing your burly skills or levelling up your Thursday Burlesque class!
Instructor Edi brings passion and a wealth of knowledge to the world of Burlesque. Her alluring stage presence and innate creativity make her the perfect guide for all things Burly. Her infectious laugh will have you grinning as well, and her warm teaching style will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed!
All props are provided by FDC so just bring yourself (and your favourite pair of heels, if you like)!
OG Heels (Open)

Our OG Heels class is for everybody over the age of 18 who want to explore the art of dancing in heels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your skills. This class covers a range of choreography and foundational techniques, helping you build strength, fluidity, and confidence as you move. Whether you're learning the basics or refining your style, you'll find a fun, supportive space to connect with your sensuality and personal expression.

With her enthusiasm and commitment to creating an inclusive, empowering environment, you’ll always leave feeling confident, strong, and ready to take on the world—one dance step at a time.
Heels are completely optional and can be worn for none, some, or all of the class. We recommend starting in a pair you’re comfortable walking in—preferably with a chunkier heel and good ankle support. But don’t worry—whether you're in heels, sneakers, or barefoot, you’ll find your groove!
Kpop

Lorraine Rosson
Unleash your inner idol in our fortnightly Kpop class! Each session, we break down and learn iconic routines from your fave groups—think BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids and more. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or just vibing with the genre, this is your chance to feel like you're on stage with the stars.
Lorraine is an experienced Kpop-er from way back, having been part of a crew for many years over East. She’ll have you popping and locking like a pro in no time, and her signature process of slowing down the music to ensure not one move is lost helps to build confidence and charisma as you dance it out!
Sneakers or bare feet work for this class.
Mini & Me

A joyful, music-filled movement class designed for preschoolers and their grown-ups. Mini & Me is all about connection, confidence, and creativity as you and your little one explore the foundations of dance through games, rhythm, and play. Bond, boogie, and build a lifelong love of movement together in a safe and welcoming space.
We’ll start with connection time for you and your little one, and move into movement that involves both of you. Join owner and instructor, Tiff, an experienced high school teacher and mother of three as we shake it out and build meaningful memories along the way!
Rising Stars

A high-energy dance class for school-aged kids that’s all about building confidence, creativity, and community. Rising Stars is genre-free and full of variety in every class! We’ll be exploring hip hop, jazz, ballet, and acro in an inclusive, supportive environment.
Alongside all the fun, we also focus on developing strong foundations and technique in each style, giving our Stars the skills to grow as dancers while celebrating their individuality. It’s the perfect place to shine, no matter your experience level!
