Intermediate 1 Pole

Ready to turn your world upside down—literally? In Intermediate 1 Pole, you'll take the leap into inversions, where you'll start going upside-down while building serious strength in your shoulders, back, and core. This is where the magic happens, as you push your limits and unlock the next level of pole skills!

Over the 10-week course, you’ll not only master new tricks but also piece them together in a fun, empowering class routine. Expect to leave each session feeling stronger, more confident, and just a little bit more badass. Whether you’re climbing higher or flipping upside down, you’ll be amazed at how far you can go!

Kids Pole Classes

Our Kids Pole class is designed specifically for children aged 6-11, offering a fun and engaging introduction to the world of pole dancing. In this class, kids will explore the basics of pole skills, including spins, sits, and tricks, all while building strength, flexibility, and coordination in a supportive environment.

With a curriculum tailored to their growing bodies, children will learn precise techniques through playful and dynamic instruction. The class emphasises safety and enjoyment, helping kids develop confidence and motor skills as they master each new move.

Intermediate 2 Pole

Get ready to defy gravity like never before in Intermediate 2 Pole! This class will take your skills to new heights—literally—as you master even more advanced moves upside down, sideways, and every direction in between. You’ll be building next-level strength, control, and finesse while learning thrilling new techniques.

Throughout the 10-week course, you’ll work on a dynamic routine designed to challenge your abilities and elevate your confidence. Whether you're perfecting your inversions or fine-tuning those intricate transitions, this class will push you beyond your limits and leave you feeling unstoppable.

Intermediate 3 Pole

Ready to take your pole journey to the next dimension? Intermediate 3 Pole is where strength meets artistry, and the sky is no longer the limit. This class is all about refining your skills, mastering complex combos, and unlocking daring new tricks that will have you soaring higher and moving with seamless control.

Over the 10-week course, you'll weave together breathtaking spins, fluid transitions, and gravity-defying inversions into a stunning routine that pushes your boundaries and ignites your confidence. Whether you're nailing advanced aerial holds or adding flair to your flow, this class will challenge and empower you every step of the way.

Come ready to sweat, shine, and leave it all on the pole – because in Int 3, you’re unstoppable.

Pole Conditioning

Tuesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm

PRE-REQUISITES: None

Build the strength and flexibility that will take your pole training to the next level! Our Pole Conditioning class is designed for all levels and provides an extension to the conditioning we do in our levelled classes.

Each week we will train both strength and flexibility. In strength, we’ll work the upper body, core, and lower body through targeted exercises that improve grip, mobility, and control. In flexibility, we will use dynamic stretching techniques to improve the range of movement in your shoulders, back, hips, and legs–it’s not just about splits, though we will definitely be progressing them!

Perfect for all pole dancers wanting to boost their progress, prevent injuries, or just feel stronger in and out of class.

Pole Flow

Wednesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm

PRE-REQUISITES: Current enrollment in one of our levelled Pole Classes.

Explore, experiment, and play in Pole Playground! Each week we’ll focus on a different trick or move, with variations and progressions tailored to your level. Our focus move will be posted on our socials at the beginning of each week so you’ll know exactly when to come and try it out!

In the second half of class, it’s your time to shine—choose your own adventure with personalised support to nail the moves you’re working on. A fun, flexible space to train, grow, and unleash your creativity on the pole!

This is a drop-in class, and you can also register using your Class Credits!
