Stretch & Flex is the perfect complement to all of our dance and pole classes, and is open for all Fempower students including Kids Pole students. In these classes we focus on dynamic, active stretching in order to improve our active flexibility which is required for higher level pole tricks as well as safe dance practice. It’s a full-body flexibility class which will improve your splits, shoulder and back extension, and hip and joint mobility. There are no pre-requisites, and you don’t need to be a Fempower dance or pole student to join!

Required: a yoga mat/towel and two yoga blocks (Fempower has some yoga mats and blocks to borrow)
