Moving on up!
Hey besties,
This week has proven to be one of the most challenging since starting FDC in 2022. The home we thought we’d found for this year fell through, and while the news was definitely unwelcome at the time, it has ultimately led us to getting our very own studio!
On the 1st of March our lease will start at our premises on Strickland Street, and I cannot wait to deck out the place in everything pink and sparkly! I want to thank everyone for their support and understanding as we’ve scrambled trying to find spaces to hire in the interim; your smiling faces and helpful spirits have really helped and I appreciate you all endlessly!
Some key points to note moving forward:
Our venues for dance classes have changed. Please check out this document for an update on where you need to be!
Pole classes will be held at Tiff’s home for the next four weeks. The good news about this is that we have more times available! Please reach out if you would like to book, or require Tiff’s address.
The week of March 3rd-March 10th Fempower will be closed as we prepare the new venue. We will be holding busy-bee days on the 9th and 10th of March and welcome any and all support! Jobs will include painting, installing flooring and partition-walls, decorating, and general maintenance.
For the week we are closed, classes will be paused. Options will be emailed out and you may choose to receive a credit you can use once we reopen (at any point during the year), or you can request a refund for the amount of the individual classes you will miss due to the closure.
Again, thank you for your ongoing support, it really does mean the world! I cannot wait to celebrate with you in our new home!
